PCI Program Manager

We've helped dozens of organizations grow membership and revenue, cut operating expenses and achieve greater success. We are seeking a PCI Program Manager to join our team in Wakefield, MA.

The program manager oversees the administration of the Global Certification Programs for the PCI Security Standards Council.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the administration of the certification program(s), including evaluating required paperwork such as applications, contracts, and resumes for accuracy in accordance with program requirements;
  • Maintains accurate database for certification programs;
  • Prepares and distributes approval certificates on completion of testing;
  • Works with financial team to ensure timely distribution and payment of all invoices for application and recertification fees;
  • Maintains accurate listing of certified assessors and/or vendors for web site;
  • Coordinates content development of on-site and CBT training programs, monitors enrollment and enrollee status
  • Maintains program metrics and scorecard reporting for the program(s)
  • Interfaces with global contacts regarding data;
  • Delivers customer service via phone and email;
  • Creates reports and maintains certification lists.

Secondary responsibilities include:

  • Manages team and working group conference calls: take minutes; understand the context; track action items; and coordinate follow up on all action items
  • Support team members who coordinate other client programs
  • Coordinates content development and publication of monthly newsletters
  • Assist with event coordination and communication
  • Assist with client internal and external website management

Qualifications

  • Five years of Account/Project/Program Manager experience in IT Audit/High-Tech/Banking environment
  • Understanding of Business and technical environments
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • High level of creativity and "rolled up sleeves" working style
  • Flexibility to work independently and as a team player
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent planning, organization, and coordination skills
  • Computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
